Creative producing sits at the point where ideas gain structure and direction. It’s about shaping creative ambition into a process that feels clear, grounded and achievable – without flattening the energy that made the idea interesting in the first place. I step into projects when responsibility needs a steady hand and complexity needs clarity.
As a creative producer, my role is to hold the overview. I connect concept, production and execution, making sure that creative intentions, logistical realities and human dynamics stay aligned throughout the process. I’m interested in creating reliable frameworks. Structures that support collaboration, allow flexibility and keep projects moving forward with confidence.
Responsibilities
I take care of the organisational and structural backbone of a production – allowing creative teams to focus on content and execution.
Well-structured productions save time, energy and resources. By planning ahead, anticipating challenges early and keeping communication clear, I help productions stay lean and focused. Efficient workflows, realistic planning and transparent decision-making allow teams to move faster.
This can include:
· Location scouting and research, internationally
· Permits, including public space, traffic authorities and special regulations
· Budget planning and cost control
· Scheduling, call sheets and production planning
· Crew and equipment coordination across all setups
· Communication with agencies, clients, directors and external partners
· On-set organization and decision-making
I have experience working across different production contexts – including branded content, cultural formats, automotive projects and productions for public broadcasters, as well as international shoots in countries such as Iceland and Croatia.
